![]() ![]() The toilet seemed clogged though it ultimately worked for the short time we needed it. The elevator on the 6th floor did not go down. In relation to hotels of the time, electric sockets are lacking, though certainly enough in the room for charging. The rooms were a tad small though mostly fine. The cable package was great (you would be surprised how many hotels don’t have good options for kids). Let’s start with a couple of good points. Overall this is a below average hotel that is overpriced and could be due to a low hotel offer locally. ![]() The rooms are very noisy from contiguous rooms. My company paid - 768.79 for 5 nights (Average price of 153 per night). WiFi was good with good speed did not drop - no cabled (Ethernet) option that I could see. There is a large pool and a small basic gym like in most hotels. I asked the front desk person but they did not know. ![]() The lobby has some nice black and white pics, that suggest this was the first Holiday Inn in the nation (?). There was a small frig - no security box. There was no microwave in my room - apparently some rooms have it. There was a Keurig Coffee machine that was not working, it was replaced by another one that was also having trouble. The door locks are a bit rusty - I had to really push the door to be able to lock it. The hotel has a good location and a bar/restaurant attached - Bar "Louie" looks nice but had no time to try it. I came to work at a local hospital on July 2019.
